Monday, Apr. 23th 2012: New, important update for BlueSystemCopy Server available: V6.5 Build 891!

The server component update contains among others the following functions and fixes (builds 812 - 891, Jan-26 - Apr-23 12):

  • Expdp will only be used for table export if Oracle TDE is also active (891)
  • Client Ex-/Import f. User-Backup: Execution explicitly on CI, some other small fixes (891, 831, 821)
  • Fixes for root channel for root UEs (824, 848)
  • More BDLS tables (848)
  • Bugfix for SMSAP copy in 6510 UserExit (837)
  • Minifix for DB2 write permission check (833)
  • Bugfix or client comparison in 0710, if no client role is set
  • Support for CE 7.11 incl. 7.30 (824)
  • Fix for 6910 clone mode (821)

Monday, Sept 26th 2011: New, important update for BlueSystemCopy Server and GUI available!

We have put a new version of the GUI and of the Server component online (see
download area). Stability issues of GUI 2.4.x have been fixed. Additionally there is now a function
to upload licenses directly from the GUI.

Furthermore there is an update of the server component available that contains the following functions and fixes:

  • DB-Reconnect during 6200 and 7611 is no longer done, so will no longer produce an error.
  • Ora: SQL commands may become indefinitely long
  • User backup with Java-only is rejected
  • DB2: Tablespace Rename with Java-only is no longer carried out
  • Oracle-Dumpfile names for Java and ABAP have been seperated
  • Availability check for involved systems has been improved
  • Problems with at scheduling together with UserExits fixed
  • Fix for SLD Tabellenset
  • Improved upgrade handling of install procedure
  • Fix for SAP UserExits that did not start correctly after Build 715
  • Bugfix checking cancelled updates
  • Improvements for User-Client-Export/-Import
